Price and quality are out of proportion here! Ready-made sauces and frozen food, side salad with watery ready-made dressing without variation and also everything very lovingly arranged. The potato rösti are so 1 to 1 at the "Klingelmann". Very disappointing for me and not recommended! 2 stars only because the staff was friendly, really annoying!

A view of Merzig that is second to none. Well, I only know the 😁 The food is very good, the staff is friendly, not pushy but is on hand when someone or what is needed. I can recommend it.

At a family celebration in September, both the food and the attention of the staff left something to be desired, parents were asked to keep playing toddlers quiet, we visited the Ellerhof again last weekend with a group of five. But again it just didn't fit. At first it was thought that the order for the meal had already been taken. When the food was served, the wrong dish was brought first, then it was found that one had been completely forgotten. With 3 of the same dishes, the quality was very different, one "medallion" was through, the other to the "point" the salad carelessly put on, the beef broth with inlay also missed the taste. Too bad, because in the past we often came to this beautifully located rustic restaurant with a promising beer garden on the "Ell".

Cozy rustic🦌🐗 as well as modern flair😎 man you can enjoy there - not to forget, of course, in the summer, the wonderful landscape in the countryside. Whether a meal with friends or perhaps only for two. A birthday 🎉 Christmas party🎄communion 👼🏻 or even wedding👰🏻💍🤵🏻 I think there you could just celebrate everything. Apart from the fact that the service is always top-notch as well as the small but fine manageable offered food. - But the dafür% with taste and quality convinced. Always worth a visit for the small and big hunger. There's something for everyone .... I'm sure of that! One of my absolute favorite restaurants😍👍🏻😋

As always, very good. Unfortunately, there was too much going on on Sunday and the volume was unbearable. The food was great.

The location is nice, a bit away from the shot, but with a pleasant view. We were there with a group of 14 people. Unfortunately, the waiting times were sometimes quite long. The greeting from the kitchen, a little white bread with curd / cream cheese, which didn't taste like anything. The appetizers were good in taste. The salmon cream soup is recommended, and the venison ham was also good. The queen patties were unfortunately out on a Friday afternoon, without any indication on the menu. As a main course we had steak (was ok, I would have expected more for the price). The chips were not good. The fish was ok, but didn't taste like much either. Unfortunately, the pork dishes were no different. The wine selection is small, but good. All in all, we expected more.
